JOB TITLE: Integrations Manager, Corporate

REPORTS TO: Director of National Integrations

LOCATION: Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA

LifeStance Health is a private equity-backed, behavioral health company focused on providing medically driven, evidenced-based treatment services for adolescents and adults suffering from mental health issues in a variety of settings. LifeStance is backed by Summit Partners and Silversmith Capital Partners and is pursuing an aggressive acquisition and de novo growth strategy to drive expansion.

LifeStance is led by successful healthcare entrepreneurs, who among other things, started and scaled Accelecare Wound Centers, one of the nation’s largest providers of outpatient wound care services. Under their leadership and with the support of two leading private equity firms, LifeStance is acquiring and developing successful behavioral health practices across the United States and, in doing so, working to provide the best mental health care available.

As part of this strategy, LifeStance seeks to identify and recruit ‘up-and-coming’ talent eager to join a growth stage company to work closely with an experienced team dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and compassion to individuals with mental health issues.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Integration Manager serves as a key role on LifeStance’s operational team and is accountable for supporting data collection and analytics during due diligence, the successful integration of newly acquired clinics and supporting the implementation of key LifeStance processes. The Integration Manager will also assist with ongoing one-time operational projects. This position requires a balance of data analytics, project management, humor, and concise communications. The Integration Manager is hands on, working directly with sellers and the corporate team to deliver a smooth transitional experience to our clinicians, therapists and their patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage data collection and analysis of new acquisitions by working with corporate and regional teams through the following

 

  • Due Diligence
    • Work with target and Corporate Development team to obtain necessary data and documentation including
      • Financial and operational data
      • EMR and practice management system reports
      • Payor contracts and contracted rates
      • Clinician contracts
    • Prepare operational data for due diligence review
    • Prepare, format and analyze data for use by key corporate stakeholders

 

  • Integration
    • Serve as primary contact during the integration process of new acquisitions and work collaboratively to transition post-acquisition as appropriate
    • Conduct a variety of analysis on clinician compensation, operational metrics, historical trends, etc.
    • Present to and make recommendations on these analysis to the corporate team and sellers
    • Act as liaison between sites to ensure efficiency of data collection
    • Manage timelines across several teams
    • Troubleshoot and triage potential issues to identify root cause
    • Work collaboratively in partnership with the LifeStance Executive Team to contribute to process improvements, tools or resources to enhance the customer and patient experience
    • Other duties as assigned

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with increasing project management focus, ideally with a specialization in healthcare
  • High proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with financial analysis
  • Exceptional communication and client engagement skills
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development or Accounting preferred, but not required
