Pacific Coast Psychiatric Associates is staffing for full-time Office Coordinator in San Francisco, California. This is a great opportunity for individuals to gain experience in the medical administration field. As the Office Coordinator, your job responsibilities may evolve to help the billing department with certain tasks as you get more comfortable in the position. Health care administration experience preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Ordering/organizing supplies
  • Working with building management to coordinate facilities
  • Accept furniture and other office deliveries and sometimes build small furniture
  • Coordinate with setup and implementation of janitorial staff
  • Help coordinate IT setup and maintenance while working with our IT vendors
  • Answering calls
  • Scheduling and Rescheduling Appointments
  • Greeting/Checking-in patients
  • Answering emails and Patient Messages via Patient Portal
  • Managing office supplies
  • Office upkeep and making sure common space is clean and clutter free
  • Handling office mail
  • Managing electronic patient forms
  • Ordering meals for clinicians on staff

Required qualifications:

  • 1 year+ medical office administrative experience
