I’ve had a really good experience with this provider so far. I’ve been seeing a Dr. remotely the last few months and they are friendly and prompt with the service. I just went to the Brookhaven facility in person and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The office is very modern and stylish. When I entered the office the staff greeted me with smiles. I did not have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to see my therapist, Brooke Boccaccio. Brooke is kind and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. You will find a positive environment conducive to peace of mind.
Brooke is wonderful, encouraging, friendly, professional and I find it very easy to talk to her! She is helping me very much!
The clinic is professional, friendly, and typically responds/answers questions quickly. I would recommend lifestance to anybody who needs medication management and has a busy schedule, as their telehealth option makes simple.
Overall I am pleased with this practice. Their appointments are virtual (with the exception of some in person for specific medications). It can be challenging to get to a person on the phone at times, but the front office staff I’ve dealt with has been very helpful.
