This place has been life changing for me. I see Dr Carpenter and he explains things so well and he truly shows he cares. I can talk to him about anything and he is patient and kind and explains it in a way I can understand. I highly recommend.
Had an appointment today with Denise Re. She was very kind and listened attentively to everything I had to say. She explained the medication she prescribed me and the possible side affects. Very professional. I recommend Lifestance for anyone who has mental health concerns.
Paul Myers is great very caring and down to earth, easy to work with. My only complaint is the Billing department, hands down the Worst! I have been trying to have them bill my insurance for over eight months. Please try and do better with your Billing Department! Thank you!

The patient portal makes everything so easy. I can contact my doctor any time I need to, I can submit forms and schedule appointments online, and I can check the status of everything. When I have had to call on the phone, the staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone in the office is a great listener.
I cannot recommend Lifestance enough, especially for those who has been struggling to find in person help and can’t find an appointment within six months. This company has made it easy to get the help you need without jumping through hoops. My provider is great and I’ve sent many people to him. I’m grateful for this service.

My initial appointment was easy to schedule online. My doctor listens to me and really considers my input and preferences. There are different patient portals for different service areas, so if you see a doctor from one service area and a therapist from another, I think you would have two different portals. That's the only thing that could be better.
