I found the advise and the information about the grief process to be spot on. The instructors were very caring and encouraging on how to share with others your experience along the journey to a new normal. Also, the guidance offered where to find support until you have found a reason to be hopeful again.

Can’t complain as of now. My Doctor has restarted my meds and I’m grateful that he got my disorders under control again. I’m back to living a normal and fulfilling productive life. Thankful and appreciative.

I have been with Advanced Counseling for many many years before it became LifeStance Health. I was never much impressed until it did change hands. Although to be fair, the front office staff (the receptionist and scheduler) was never anything but kind and helpful. I had some unfortunate issues with the corporate end which I believe was driven solely on profit as I felt unheard and dismissed. My Therapist Melina Shenava has been steadfast throughout my time and I hope to be able to count on her for the rest of my days. Since the change to LifeStance Health, I have been so pleasantly surprised at the positive feel of my experiences on every level. I feel seen and I feel heard and valued as never before. I have had nothing but great interactions with 100% of the team and am so grateful.
