This is the perfect place to seek therapy. We all could use a little therapy (let's be honest) - & having a safe space to unload with guidance from a trained professional can be life changing. The initial scheduling is very straight forward and quick. Also, the patient portal LifeStance uses is easy to navigate - everything you need is there! And if you don't find your therapist to be a good fit, don't be afraid to seek a new one. There's always someone there to help! Life is hard - but LifeStance isn't!!
Very professional staff and a soothing comfortable environment. Dr. Noll was awesome in every way. To add, the staff and everyone at LifeStance are VERY responsive. This has been crucial in my experience with Dr. Noll and everyone at the office. They are professional, yet personable. My therapist, Jim H., is absolutely someone you enjoy going to for appointments. Great listener, non judgmental, and most of all puts you at ease. His group sessions, are a learning experience, and anyone who shows up, will feel the welcome affect. Have learned a lot of life lessons!
I have seen a high degree of professionalism and the therapy sessions are very productive. My therapist Andrew Rapinchuk is very knowledgeable and explained to me in details how Therapy will work and how my struggle will require ERP, CBT and ACT. I assume the other therapists at the clinic are at his level of professionalism since this establishment seemed very well organized.
