I’ve been a patient at life stands for about two months. I’ve had a positive experience and recently went through ADHD testing with Angela. She was really patient and kind. I’ve really been struggling with this, especially since I lost my mother last May. I did not know what was wrong with me, which was causing anxiety and depression. When Angela took the time in the testing to explain some of my symptoms and that it was not my fault, really went a long way. I had been in a vicious spiral, The inability to focus, the losing things Which was causing me to question what was wrong with me that created additional anxiety and depression? I ended up leaving feeling a lot better about myself. Angela really took the time to explain everything.

The booking, the therapy, the billing... everything is just so simple and effective. I never have to concern myself with any of it. This is by far the best experience I've ever had getting mental help. Many other supposed mental health professionals have caused me no end of grief, to the point that I was worse of for having gone there. Not here. It's painless, and I see real-world results because of my therapist. Another reviewer said she didn't think she could say her therapist's name. That's not how HIPAA works, so I'm glad to shout out my awesome therapist, Olivia! She's the best.

LifeStance Health has really impressed me so far. They have been so understanding with my current situation. And have been so helpful and patient. My psychiatrist is amazing! She is so friendly, doesn’t make it feel transactional at all. I feel free and safe to talk to her. Don’t feel like she just going to nod her head and tell me to pay my bill at the end. LifeStance health has really made me feel seen and valued. They really want to make a differences for my mental health. And it’s refreshing. Couldn’t be happier.

I have been seeing Dr. Mehling for about a year now. She has been outstanding. I have seen growth in my work and personal life and look forward to speaking to her in the weeks leading up to each of my appointments. Virtual visits make it very easy to stay in contact. The only improvement I could see is a more user friendly website for existing patients or even an app so I did not have to look up my state/city and login each time I go to my profile. Overall a 10/10 experience so far!

I did not have any problems scheduling my appointment at all and at the end of my session we always schedule my next appointment and have never had any problem. I love my counselor. She is compassionate and caring and I look forward to talking to her each week. I’d mention her name, but I don’t think I’m supposed to. I live in Ohio though so hopefully someone would guess who she is.

My doctor is the best. I always feel so much better after talking and she is so polite and understanding. She always gives her honest opinion to my situations and gives me the best advice. She is always trying to gently push me past my comfort zone and it has helped me tremendously. She is very flexible with scheduling and always gets me in when it’s convenient for me.
