Barbara is amazing! She is very caring and understanding. She answers all questions you may have and if she isn't sure she does everything in her power to find out for you. All in all a wonderful person to speak with.
Physicians really care. They listen, emphasize and ask what they can do to help you. I truly appreciate the detail they put into my personal care. Every situation is sensitive and every physician/therapist truly cares about my well being.
I can see that my psychiatrist, Dr.Hong, genuinely cares about me and my well-being. She genuinely listens to me about what I’m experiencing, my concerns, and questions. She has always worked with me, asking me my opinion and making sure I’m comfortable with anything being changed or not changed. When I started doing better she looked genuinely happy for me, and I can see that she cares whenever we meet.
I see one of the Providers- Marissa Ragon- and im a more complicated patient medically. Shes been working with me to try to get several if my issues under control. Its been pretty difficult road because you can't deal with all of them at once! She is kind and seems to show concern when needed. I know my body well enough to say I say need a change in medicine and she will listen to the why I feel I need to change and then we make the change. What i don't like is playing the phone game; contact through Lifestance, and then contact through probably an assistant and then to her. It takes forever, and ive had issues with sending messages and phone calls. So im not sure if its an issue on their end with the phone chain, or if its her not getting the messages, or her not getting back to me as quickly as I'd like. Im talking a week to week and a half. And its just a pain to call through Lifestance, I'd love if she had a personal office line but sadly she doesn't.
