I had 3 appointments at LifeStance Health in order to diagnosis ADHD. The appointments themselves were a positive experience. Staff was friendly and counselors were knowledgeable. However, the billing process has been awful. They can't seem to bill to my insurance correctly and I therefore have not received a bill for one of my appointments. It's been 6-7 months since that appointment. Update: since posting the manager of the billing department contacted me for more information and explained to me some issues they were having in their system. They were able to resolve the issue afterwards and everything has now been properly finalized in terms of billing for the appointments. I'm very pleased with their response on this issue and how quickly they were able to get it resolved. I've adjusted my review to a 5 star :)

Amazing counselors who are very sincere. They take time for you, listen to you and challenge you at the same time. Scheduling is easy and staff are super friendly. It is a safe and amazing place to get your emotional and mental needs met!

I can't say enough nice things about my therapist Angela Siler. I have been with her for 3 years! She as helped me immensely and I owe so much to her! Other therapists there have been kind when I have asked them a general question. I recommend life stance to anyone in need of a therapist.
