I suffer from a phobia and behavioral issues. Before I sought therapy I was depressed, highly anxious, and having regular panic attacks. I chose LifeStance because of their excellent reviews. They matched me with a behavioral therapist, Dr. Senn. I am 5 months in and have seen steady progress. Dr. Senn's approach, non-judgmental attitude, and corrective strategies have helped me to take accountability for my thoughts and behaviors. This has opened the door for me to get control back over my life and my mind. I am glad I took a leap of faith and found a therapy that works, and a therapist that is worth their salt.

I was treated with respect by office personnel & my therapist. My therapist helped me get through some of my barriers & now I have some tools to help me deal with life. When & If I need to see him again, the door is open.

First impression is extremely favorable. Easy “system” (patient portal). Practitioner was kind and professional. Used “tele-health” for first visit; except for a few technical difficulties, it worked very well.
