Onboarding is a process (manyyy steps) but thankfully almost 100% online. And I think it's probably typical of most places. Once that's complete, everything else about their process is efficient: booking, receiving video link, online portal, appointment itself, and provider follow up. Little awkward but all good
Great providers who really care, and a responsive scheduling department. I’ve had troubles with their patient portal(only reason it’s 4 instead of 5), but been able to resolve billing over the phone when it was not logging in. Also, front desk reset it which usually fixed the problem.
