Building Relationships

Early AM apt and front desk staff friendly and helpful. Therapist was a little little late due to weather but assured me we would have a complete first session, and did. Dr. was thoughtful, asked questions, and thorough.

Overall, great therapist and convenient TeleHealth visits! Sometimes I have trouble getting online into their virtual “waiting room” so give yourself 10min to login. I am not a fan of the 48hr/$100 penalty cancellation policy…especially when their reminder call comes 24hr before appt (so it’s already too late to cancel), but since it’s TeleHealth pretty easy to make your appt no matter where you are, so just don’t “forget” if you don’t want to be slapped with that excessive cancel fee…
