Very happy with how my first experience went today with Dr. Carr. He was very thorough and asked the right questions! Referred me to a therapist and was helpful with recommendations of medication if necessary.

I love my therapist and telehealth is the best way for me. The new check in experience is not winning any awards. It's repetitive and time consuming when I'm trying to get to my appt and doesn't work on my secure browser, only ones they allow. So it's a great place to get services. Checking in, not so much.
