As we mark one year since the coronavirus pandemic was declared, the world has suffered great devastation. More than two million lives have been lost, millions have been infected with a novel virus, and millions have been rendered jobless. In a year riddled with uncertainty, our mental health has suffered as a result. Studies show that 42% of Americans suffered from anxiety and or depression amid the pandemic.
