am a licensed professional counselor with 15 + years of experience in providing individual, couples, and group therapy. I am passionate about working with couples facing relationship and communication issues, and parenting by applying science-based interventions provided by Gottman method where I achieved Level 3 of training.

I work well with clients struggling to find who they are, how to be better partners, parents, and friends, clients struggling with attachments, sexual orientation, life transitions and adjustment, anxiety, depression and trauma.

I am also fluent in Romanian and French. Due to my Romanian background, I can assist my clients in resolving issues related to cultural assimilation and immigration challenges. I connect with clients that are looking for an authentic personality, and genuine care.

My experience is drawn from having worked with adolescents and adults in
correctional facilities, and schools as well in community and private mental health settings. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

My passions include spending time with my family, exploring new places, cooking, cars and theater.
