Alison Rachuba, LRC
I enjoy working with late adolescents and adults. I have experience working primarily with adjustments, life transitions, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, HIV/AIDs, grief, career stress, women’s issues, military life, family dynamics, and incarceration.
I provide individualized and customized services to each client. I tend to pull from person-centered, gestalt, CBT, mindfulness, and multicultural approaches. I provide active listening and collaborative work with clients on their journey.
I believe in a holistic approach for healing. Many factors play into our emotions, behaviors, thoughts and are important to one’s healing and general well-being. I welcome clients to a safe space to explore their journey and work with me to enhance their well-being
