My name is Allison Oliver and I am a Licensed Social Worker, looking to help you overcome many of daily mental health needs. I have a person centered approach and my goal of therapy is to create an positive experience for you. If you feel that that your voice or needs have not been met by other therapist, I am hear to listen to your concerns.

Whether your goals are to recover from anxiety, achieve a better self-awareness or heal from past traumas, let me assist you with your self-discovery. I will create an individualize treatment goal, that will put you in the driver seat and address your individual needs. Everyone has their own story, life journey and I would like to help you develop a set of tools that you use to apply to everyday dilemmas.

If you are experiencing a major life change or want to build confidence, I work with individuals, families, couples to create a collaborative relationship that meets the needs of each client. I am cultural competent and I will take the time to understand the cultural needs of my clients. I will utilize several interventions which include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Positive Psychology and Solution Focused Therapy.
