She completed an APA-accredited internship at the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System and a postdoctoral residency at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts. During her time at the VA, she pursued specialty training in PTSD/trauma and chronic pain.
