She began working extensively with clients who had experienced trauma, many ofwhom had also been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD). She has attended avariety of trauma trainings, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidenced basedtrauma treatment that has been effective in reducing the symptoms of PTSD.For the past four years, Amy has been providing mental health and substance abuse services toadults through individual and group counseling.
