Andréa's goal is to create a safe, open and non-judgmental environment for individuals to feel comfortable expressing themselves and to work through difficult and complex issues. She utilizes a number of strategies to engage individuals, couples, and families in treatment, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and family therapies. She believes in and facilitate a strength-based approach to treatment, allowing the individual to develop and recognize their personal strengths.
