A common question we ask as humans is how to keep our lives in control. The answer is we don’t. We are on a boat in the ocean of life, and the only control we have is to learn how to balance standing up as we float in unpredictable waters.

Psychotherapy is a creative process where we create and model a healthy and balanced individual universe. You become the creator of your life and master of your own reactions to what would typically unbalance you. Psychotherapy is based on your unique experiences, so we will use creativity, inspiration, and a pinch of humor.

From time management to finding meaning in life, opportunities for self-growth are endless. My job is to guide you through the process and to provide safe, non-judgmental environment where you learn to thrive. We are constantly changing and updating in our inner world and our environment.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Psychology and Psychopathology of the Development from Varna University in Bulgaria. Also, a master’s degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. In addition, I have extensive training in psychodrama (a deep therapeutic approach), positive psychotherapy, Individual psychotherapy, mindfulness, and trauma-based therapy. My diverse experience and background naturally allows me to work with the most diverse people.
