I’m Art. I was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and I spent 10 years in the military. Since 2007, it has been a privilege to help folks better understand themselves as humans, help them learn to better communicate themselves to others, and get rid of absurd shame and guilt that keeps them from finding joy in life. I work with anyone over the age of 18 in individual, family, or partnership therapy. As a psychotherapist I found long ago that folks typically seek assistance in three general areas—problems with relationship, problems with trauma, problems with addiction or some combination of the three–so these are the area in which I have chosen to specialize. We humans are complex, and as such must consider ourselves holistically when evaluating our performance and considering course correction. I look forward to meeting with you.
