Aubrey utilizes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to dig deeper into concerns that are coming up. She also utilizes mindful-based approaches as well as somatic approaches to strengthen the connection between mind and body. Her main areas of focus include trauma and resilience, depression and self-esteem, anxiety, and self-harm. In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys hanging out with family and friends, creating art, playing games, and watching movies.
