Hi, I start by listening, and being supportive. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1995, LCSW in 1997. I like what I do. One of my goals as a therapist, and I review it every week, is to be ‘less wrong’. We team together to work on issues using evidence based Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I try to match it to the person in front of me. We work on Depression, Anxiety, grief and loss, past trauma or abuse (currently in a safe situation), Life transitions, new life adjustments, being all too alone and isolated. I work with individuals, 22 and up, 65+. About me: I walk my dogs at dawn or dusk, swim for cardio and stress relief. I do art as a hobby. My wife and I love to have friends and family over for dinner and conversation, which never happens often enough.
