Bryce Jacobson, PsyD
Dr. Jacobson is a clinical neuropsychologist who provides neuropsychological evaluations for adults with a wide array of neurological, neurodevelopmental, medical, and psychological conditions known to impact cognition and overall functioning. He has specialized training working with older adults with memory changes (including assessment of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other types of dementia) as well as individuals with a history of epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, mild traumatic brain injury/concussion, and emotional difficulties. In addition, he has extensive experience assessing symptoms of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and specific learning and academic difficulties, especially amongst college-aged individuals. Following a comprehensive and personalized evaluation of cognitive and psychological functioning, Dr. Jacobson provides feedback detailing cognitive strengths and weaknesses, diagnostic impressions, and individualized recommendations aimed at improving day-to-day functioning and overall quality of life. In all his work, Dr. Jacobson strives to be culturally responsive and LBGTQIA+ affirming. When not delivering patient care, he can usually be found eating, traveling, or tending to his ever-growing plant collection.
Education: Dr. Jacobson received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University before obtaining a doctorate in clinical psychology at Loma Linda University. Following, he completed a predoctoral internship and a postdoctoral fellowship, both specializing in clinical neuropsychology, at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center/Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, respectively.
