Cathy Lindberg is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Nutritionist. She graduated from Bastyr University with Master’s Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Nutrition, and from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology.

Cathy believes in blending elements from many different philosophies to fit the needs of each client. Some of these include cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and the biopsychosocial model. Her main areas of focus are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, and guidance for dietary concerns. She will work with you to discover strengths, skills, and solutions, and tackle the obstacles that are preventing you from living your best life.

In her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family, sunny-weather gardening, and is a big-time “foodie”. She incorporates fitness into her lifestyle and loves Zumba!
