Chandler Massengale began their career as a Registered Behavioral Technician, working in Applied Behavior Analysis with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. This experience sparked a curiosity in understanding behavior and the individual strengths and needs that everyone has.
She is a proud alumna of the College of Charleston, where they received their B.A. in Psychology, and Louisiana State University, where she received her master’s degree of Social Work. Chandler’s practice utilizes an eclectic therapy model with influences from the Systems Perspective and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, feminist, client centered way. They work primarily within the intersectionality of neurodiversity and queerness.
