Chelsea Leary, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Chelsea Leary is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in all populations across their lifespans. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans.

She returned to her hometown of Austin TX to further her education at the University of Texas School of Nursing, where she obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing with a focus on mental health.

She has worked as a Registered Nurse in the acute care setting at Cross Creek Hospital and is excited to further her experience as a provider in this setting.
