I believe that anxiety does not have to control your life! I seek to create a supportive, empathetic relationship with my clients in order to help them reduce the suffering in their lives and learn new skills. I implement an integrative approach to best suit each client. I love working with people who are looking to make positive changes in their lives. My goal is to partner with my clients and support them along their journeys. I have specialized experience helping those with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety, and phobias. My favorite treatment methods to use with clients include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT-informed therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Above all, I strive to use all of the clinical skills I have to best meet my clients’ unique needs.
