I can help you find the peace and calm to show up in your life like you’ve been really craving. It is important to make the work that we do together unique to what you need. Meditation and mindfulness-based CBT therapies are often a big part of my practice.
I offer spiritual (non-denominational) counseling when requested. I am conversational bilingual and bi-cultural in Spanish. I am licensed in California & Texas, and I work entirely online offering virtual therapy with individual adults.
