Coleman Connolly, LMFT
Men, are negative behavior patterns impacting your relationships with the people you care about most?
From an early age, males are taught to “Man Up!” but the stress of family dynamics, marital relationships and modern parenting can easily result in anxiety, depression, and burn-out. Even though it can be daunting to open-up about how you feel, my job is to work side by side with you to identify the thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns causing difficulty. It is possible to learn emotional intelligence, proper self-care, and strengthen your family, career, and other life relationships.
Are you lonely in your marriage or feel that you and your spouse do not connect any longer?
Over time, many people lose that primary connection with their intimate partner. Lack of or a decreased intimacy impacts quality of life and can make you feel misunderstood, depressed, anxious or resentful. I am an experienced family therapist with the skills necessary to help couples identify practical and emotional ways to strengthen their marriage.
My clinical experience extends over 15 years and focuses on addressing complex situations in various therapy formats. I have specialized training in adolescent development, family therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I enjoy Family-Based Therapy, especially helping teenagers and their parents navigate practical and emotional issues. Past clients have said that I am calm, easy to communicate with, trustworthy and helpful.
