In therapy, together we will collaborate on your growth, healing, self-care, and developing coping strategies so you can make effective life changes. I believe that caring and respectful relationships are the basis for any kind of healing. I am experienced in working with adults living with bipolar and mood disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia, depression, and phase of life transitions. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, from California State University, San Bernardino.
