I teach clients to express and explore the context of complex emotions, and I’m committed to helping adolescents and adults understand their feelings and find healthy ways to cope. I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with Autism, intellectual disabilities, parenting, trauma, addictions, and more.
In therapy, I know everyone is unique and responds differently to treatment. My approach is artistic and collaborative, and I use Existential, Evidence Based (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing), and Gestalt techniques to bring results. I also encourage poetry, music, dance, and art to communicate feelings and provide a healthy outlet for healing.
