I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience.
It takes tremendous courage to reach out for support and therapy can be a way to enhance and build on strengths to move forward to a better more fulfilling sense of self. My approach is to partner with adult individuals and couples to navigate through life transitions and relational issues to regain hope and stabilization in their lives. I utilize a strength-based, psychodynamic, and client centered approach. I believe in meeting my clients in their stage of change, utilizing harm reduction and motivational interviewing when appropriate. My experience includes working with women and men in domestic violence situations, the LGBTQ community, Veterans, individuals with trauma, self-injury and eating disorders, and individuals struggling with alcohol and drug use.

I have over 20 years of experience as an LCSW, Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work, and EMDR certified provider. I have worked with a variety of clients, and am passionate about providing therapy for issues related to trauma, psychiatric and/or substance use disorders.
