Dr. Donato Vaccaro is a Psychologist in New York who has been licensed since 1987. He interned at the Behavioral Medicine Clinic at the Franklin General/Northwell Health in New York and was a postdoctoral fellow in psychotherapy research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr. Vaccaro delivers cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments to adult clients with emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship problems. Dr. Vaccaro finds it gratifying to offer CBT services to clients. He has had the privilege of witnessing transformations using CBT in clients with stress management, depression, anxiety disorders, career issues, and wellness. He is eager to apply his experience and compassion with clients as they aim to address issues that will help them to improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfillment. Outside of work, Dr. Vaccaro especially enjoys outdoor activities including biking, hiking, and swimming. In addition, he keeps in shape with strength training at the gym and doing yoga. Dr. Vaccaro is also very involved as a volunteer in his local community with a focus on traffic and safety efforts.
