I walk alongside you collaborating with you on your therapy goals and approach. We work at your pace while respecting your values and spiritual beliefs. I am experienced in working with individuals, families and groups experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, all forms of trauma, PTSD, life-limiting conditions, dementia, MS, end of life, grief and bereavement, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia and more. I am VA trained and have years of experience working with Veterans and Active Duty personnel. I have been described by colleagues and clients as authentic, compassionate, loyal, dedicated and energetic. Outside of work, I enjoy sunsets and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy music, reading and video games.
