Dr. Eileen T. Tehan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia who has been practicing since 2023. She has a BA from Loyola University, an MSW from the University of New England, and a DSW from Capella University. Dr. Tehan has experience working with individuals, both children and adults, families, and groups. Her experience as a social worker has centered on the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Dr Tehan is a US Army Veteran, who served as a social work officer working with active-duty service members and their family members. Since 2010, she has worked with military and Veterans, helping those who have served our country with crisis management, mental illness, substance abuse, education, and linkage to services and compensation. Dr. Tehan is eager to begin working with LifeStance and their clients. She would like to instill hope, to help clients achieve emotional and social well-being, to learn how to manage stress and anxiety so that they have good relationships, meaningful contributions to society and they reach their full potential. In her spare time, Dr. Tehan enjoys antiques, flea markets, and dogs.
