Enyonam Jordan-Brangman is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner with specialties in Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Gerontology Primary Care. Enyonam has over 20 years of nursing experience, and a solid clinical background in psychiatry. She has experience managing and treating various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, panic disorders, schizophrenia, insomnia and trauma related issues. Enyonam received her nursing diploma in 2001 from South Bank University, London, UK followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The University of Paisley, Scotland, UK in 2002. She later obtained a Master’s Degree from The George Washington University, Washington DC in Adult Gerontology Primary Care in 2015, followed by a post graduate Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2021 from George Mason University., Fairfax VA. She has excellent clinical skills enhanced by a natural ability to build rapport with her patients. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adults. She has superb interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner her role is multifaceted, including educator, mental health advocate, therapist, and medication manager. In addition to medication management, she incorporates various therapy techniques including motivational interviewing and person-centered techniques into treatment. As a Nurse Practitioner who is fully committed to the wellbeing of her patients, her goal is to get to know her patients individually by listening to their unique needs and establishing treatment goals that focus on the whole person.
