Eric Grady is a Psychologist in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2015. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2004. He then attended West Virginia University, completing a master’s and doctorate in clinical child psychology from West Virginia University in 2011. Following his graduate education, Eric completed a 3-year postdoctoral fellowship working with adults in a substance abuse treatment services research program. Eric offers compassionate, nonjudgmental, individualized care focused on meeting people where they are in their behavior change process. He has a wide range of training and experience to support people in meeting their goals and improving their everyday lives. Eric enjoys working with a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral problems, school stressors/academic concerns, relationship problems, and work stress, among others. He utilizes techniques from a range of treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys cooking, particularly vegetables from his garden, learning about cuisines from all over the world and experimenting with various cooking methods being outside, traveling, and woodworking. He has a small shop in his garage; he has a goal of replacing all of his store-bought furniture with homemade furniture over the coming years.
