Chavely Martinez, RN, provides compassionate and knowledgeable care to adults in Massachusetts navigating complex challenges related to eating disorders and co-occurring developmental conditions. With a client-centered approach grounded in empathy and respect, Chavely creates a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to engage in their healing process. Her practice is tailored to adults ages 27 40, focusing on fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and long-term wellness. Chavely is deeply passionate about supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, especially when layered with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities. She recognizes that each person s experience with disordered eating is unique, often intertwined with sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation challenges, or difficulties with identity and self-image.

Through intentional, individualized care, she helps clients address both the physical and emotional aspects of disordered eating while supporting their broader goals for recovery and daily functioning. While Chavely does not currently employ structured clinical interventions, she brings a trauma-informed and holistic perspective to her work, rooted in a deep understanding of neurodiversity and lived experience. Her warm and thoughtful presence helps clients feel safe and understood as they take steps toward healing. Outside of her clinical work, Chavely enjoys staying active through Pilates and exploring the outdoors through hiking and walks in nature. At home, she finds joy in spending time with her beloved toy poodle, Lulu, who adds balance and warmth to her life.
