Mark Koenig, M.Ed., CT (he/him) is dedicated to a client-centered approach that meets individuals where they are on their developmental journey. Mark utilizes CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to support adolescents (ages 15-17) and young to midlife adults facing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, body dysphoria, bullying, depression, identity issues (including gender and sexual orientation); as well as significant life transitions.
