Phoebe Carmichael, Social Worker Trainee, is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clinical insight, and personalized care. Serving patients across Ohio through LifeStance Health, Phoebe creates a supportive space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals. She offers individual therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each person, using evidence-based approaches that promote resilience, growth, and emotional well-being.

Phoebe specializes in working with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, and alcohol and drug use issues. She is passionate about helping clients develop practical tools to manage symptoms, shift unhelpful patterns, and build healthier coping strategies. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices, Phoebe empowers her clients to make meaningful changes that align with their personal values and improve their overall quality of life.

In addition to her primary focus areas, Phoebe is experienced in supporting those navigating depression, grief, and relationship challenges. She offers culturally responsive care for diverse populations, including individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and those on the Autism spectrum. Her person-centered approach ensures that clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their therapeutic journey.

Outside of her professional role, Phoebe enjoys listening to music and podcasts, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with family and friends. She believes in the importance of balance and self-care and encourages her clients to cultivate these in their own lives.
