Jack Anderson is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Minnesota who started practicing in 2022. Jack has a laid back, authentic style and would love to work with you on whatever challenges you are facing. He particularly enjoys helping clients with relationship issues, communication problems, and/or anxiety. If you are desiring to improve the quality of the relationships in your life, Jack would love to walk alongside you in that. He is also coming from a Christian background, so if you desire to incorporate your faith in your sessions, he is open to that as well. Jack can offer you a safe and patient place for you to discuss any issues or concerns you may have. If you feel that we would be a good fit, he encourages you to reach out! He knows that it isn’t always easy to ask for help by taking this first step. However, Jack feels that the growth you can experience through therapy is definitely worth the risk! In his spare time, Jack enjoys playing guitar, exploring nature, and watching football with family.
