My passion to engage others in a meaningful, healing way led me to pursue a career in therapy, and my love for our natural world led to this beautiful part of the country. I moved to Oregon in 2006 to start my graduate studies. I quickly fell in love with a Family Systems way of viewing health, while also focusing my studies on Attachment, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Contextual theory. My approach to treatment strongly incorporates principles from each of these, as well as integrates from other evidence based treatments within the field of psychology and therapy. My approach varies from being insight oriented to very skills based, depending on the focus of treatment and client preference. When not working, I enjoy time with my family, adventuring in our natural world, and visiting with others in meaningful connection.
