Jaime Castillo is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia who has been practicing since 2021. He often integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, existential, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy into his clinical approach. He also utilizes mindfulness techniques to address physical, interpersonal, and cognitive growth. When working with children and adolescents, he perceives parents and caregivers as essential parts of the process and strives to collaborate intentionally with them. Alberto is a thrill seeker at heart, and in his spare time he enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, or trying something daring and new! He can also be found reading at a local coffee shop or trying his hand at something artistic.
