Dr. Hermes provides neurodevelopmental and psychological evaluations and consultations for children and adolescents ages 1 through early adulthood. She specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in: developmental disorders including autism spectrum, intellectual and learning disabilities, and ADHD; emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, difficulties with attachment; and other concerns related to education, learning, and development. Additionally, Dr. Hermes provides treatment and consultation with a diverse range of clients and presenting problems, age birth through young adulthood. She provides evidence-based interventions/treatments (both short-term and long-term) with childhood populations and families including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment disorders, trauma-related difficulties, mood disorders, and school-related concerns. Furthermore, in working with children and families, Dr. Hermes acts as an advocate to ensure children are receiving necessary supports and provides caregivers with psycho-education and guidance in seeking out appropriate referrals and services. Dr. Hermes is also a clinician in the Preschool and Infant Neuropsychological Testing (“PINT”) clinic.
