Jennifer Moore, MA, LMHC, MHP is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who has been practicing since 2017. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University of Seattle and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Washington University. She has experience working in both community mental health and private practice settings.

Jennifer strongly believes in developing the therapeutic relationship in order to provide a safe environment where clients can actively explore their concerns and feel empowered to work towards their goals. Jennifer’s approach utilizes a wide variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), solution focused/brief therapy, attachment theory, motivational interviewing and strength-based methods. She focuses on work with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and major life transitions.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time exploring nature/animals, traveling, watching local sports teams, working on art projects, listening to music and reading.
