Jessica Hendrix, LPC

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Columbus State University in Georgia. Jessica works with adults who are experiencing problems with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and adjustment problems. She uses an eclectic style that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her therapy focus is to aid her clients in recognizing and addressing unhelpful thinking styles so that they may find more effective means for working through problems. She aims to help her clients meet their goals in therapy and ultimately lead a life they find to be healthy, happy, and productive.
