Jessica Murphy is a therapist who works with children, teens, and young adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment to life stressors. Jessica utilizes Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy developing strategies for improving coping, thought patterns, self-esteem, stress management, and behavioral concerns.

Jessica strives to provide meaningful care in which individuals are inspired and empowered by their own growth and self-discovery achieved in therapy.
