Jill Gray, PsyD
Jill Gray has a doctorate in psychology and has been a licensed psychologist for more than two decades. Originally from the Twin Cities, Jill attended Cornell College, where she obtained her undergraduate degree. She received her graduate degree from Argosy University in Eagan, Minnesota.
“I enjoy helping people reclaim their lives from trauma and addiction; overcome depression or anxiety and increase their ability to feel peaceful with their lives. I work to help people get to a place in their lives where they feel they are capable of living the life they want to live and handling the stress of daily life effectively.” With creativity and humor, Jill will help you to make changes in the way you see yourself, the ways you take care of yourself and the ways you relate to others.
She works with individuals, families, and couples. Jill treats patients with substance use issues, eating/body image disorders and other addictions. She also treats patients with depression, anxiety, trauma issues and PTSD. Jill uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
